Our Vision for Consciousness Research
We were founded originally to pursue the overlap between Quantum Physics and Spirituality.
We have found through the eyes of our clients that Consciousness is the common ground between the physical and the metaphysical.
Our first decade (2014-24) was about creating and launching journeys into the Quantum Field through expanded consciousness. Those journeys transcend existing paradigms so we can understand our unlimited potential whilst still in human form. Thousands of lives have been changed already.
Our research efforts now seek to bring this understanding to the public in robust ways that challenge our view of 3D reality, show people their hidden possibilities and set those people free to live the life they came here to live. This allows them to be part of the shift of consciousness for humanity, in a personal and meaningful way.

Natalie McGrath - Head of Research

Bringing IQC's Work Into the World of Research

There are people who simply live what they teach, and Nat is one of them. As an IQC Mentor and Trainer, she has spent years walking alongside clients as they expand their consciousness — helping them see, often for the first time, just how much more is possible for their life experience and the path unfolding in front of them.

A Foundation Built on Care
Long before consciousness work became her focus, Nat built a career in Medical Administration and the broader Health and Wellbeing sector. That background gave her something invaluable: a grounded, practical understanding of how people navigate health, care systems, and their own wellbeing. It's a foundation that still shapes her approach today, blending real-world experience with a deep commitment to helping people know — and claim — their own sovereignty.
That word, sovereignty, sits at the heart of everything Nat does. Not sovereignty as an abstract idea, but as something lived: the recognition that each person has the right and the capacity to direct their own life, health, and healing.

Growing IQC's Ripple
Nat has played a hands-on role in expanding IQC's reach into the world. She runs trainings, mentors others through The Transcendence Adventure, and supports the global community of Facilitators who have accredited with IQC over the years. It's quiet, steady work — the kind that multiplies impact far beyond what any single person could achieve alone, as each Facilitator she supports goes on to support others in turn.
Underneath all of it is a clear sense of purpose: helping people remember who they truly are, beyond their physical expression, and supporting every part of IQC's work in service of that aim.

What's Next: IQC Steps Into Research
Now Nat is turning her attention to something new for IQC — research. She's excited to bring statistical data to the public, offering an evidence-based counterpart to what she has witnessed time and again in her work with clients and Facilitators alike: that people are far more magnificent than they realize, and that accessing that magnificence for a better life doesn't have to be hard.
It's a natural next step for someone who has always worked at the intersection of the practical and the profound — and a meaningful new chapter in IQC's story, grounded in both lived experience and evidence.

Nicole Mitchell - Director of Operations, Consciousness Research
Bringing Operational Foundation Into IQC's Research
Nicole has always believed that the strongest ideas need the strongest structures underneath them. As Director of Operations for IQC's Consciousness Research, she draws on decades of hands-on experience building organizational aspects from scratch, applying that same practical foundation to help IQC's research grow into something lasting and credible.

A Career Rooted in Building
Before stepping into consciousness research, Nicole spent 20 years in the hearing aid industry, working closely within the managed healthcare sector. As part of a founding team, she helped launch an organization from its earliest stages, eventually overseeing every operational function as COO and President. That experience gave her a rare kind of fluency: knowing how to turn a vision into working systems, data, and infrastructure that can actually carry an organization forward.
That fluency shows up in everything Nicole touches. For her, building isn't a single milestone — it's an ongoing discipline of refining, testing, and strengthening what already exists so it can keep supporting growth.

A Track Record of Full Involvement
Nicole designed the original data and operational framework for her prior organization and led the development of a custom system woven into every part of the business — overseeing its testing, implementation, and support over many years. She partnered closely with the CEO on proposals, bid strategy, pricing, and product placement, and served as the primary point of contact for every health plan partner. She also built the audit infrastructure that kept the organization compliant with internal standards and external partner requirements alike. Few people touch every layer of an organization the way she has — and that full-spectrum involvement is exactly what let her understand, and later teach others, how sustainable growth actually happens.
At the core of all this work is a simple conviction: real growth happens when every part of an organization is understood, and every person within it is given room to grow too.

A New Chapter With IQC
Now Nicole is bringing that same operational foundation to IQC's research mission — building the systems that will let consciousness research be gathered, tested, and shared with the same reliability she spent 20 years perfecting in managed healthcare. It's a fitting next step for someone who has always found her purpose in building things that last, now channeled into work she's deeply passionate about: helping people remember who they are and thrive in their magnificence.
